It disturbs me to see how the women today are becoming more and more masculine because of the ambitious world we live in. It constantly demands to do more, be more, think logical and dismiss emotions. Being feminine is a strength and only if we learn to tap into it, beauty and creativity will ooze out of our very being. The world can become a much more balanced and loving place to be if only we can learn to embrace the femininity. So in this blog post, I will be sharing some practical ways on how to become more feminine and youthful.

Your Power as a Female: How To Become More Feminine

1. Get Rid of Distractions

In order to become more present, you have to get rid of the distractions and learn to slow down. The social media and the readily accessible information is one hell of a downer. I can’t believe how not a single woman I know cares to even acknowledge the fact that the constant stream of distractions are working as vampires; sucking up on your youth and glow. Praying and meditation can help immensely to cleanse your aura and become more feminine.

Getting rid of distractions also include decluttering physical and mental garbage. Throw away or donate the things you don’t need and simplify your life as much as you can.

2. Be More Receptive

There are seven chakras or what we call as energy centers in your body. The chakras begin at the base of the spine and end at the top of the head. The universe is made of energy and your bodies are no exception to this. The chakra related to femininity is called ‘Sacral Chakra’; located where your reproductive system lies and its basic purpose is to feel. A balanced sacral chakra means having an ease with expressing emotions, strong intuition and a healthy view on your sexuality. So in order to balance your sacral chakra, become more present, attuned and also receptive.

Receptivity is the essence of femininity so start receiving complements, gifts and offer for help graciously. More often than not, we reject help from the men in our lives because we want to be perceived as strong. Women are built to receive by nature so re program yourself to receive with compassion. Even if you don’t believe you look pretty, accept the compliment and say, ‘Thankyou’

3. Exercise

Being comfortable with your body requires physical exercise which is why feminine is flowing and not stiff. So make time for Yoga, Pilates, Aerobics, dancing, swimming or just having a walk in nature will nourish your femininity.

4. Feminine Appearance and Guilty Pleasures

Wear dresses made of soft and luxurious fabrics like silk, lace, chiffon and velvet. If certain type of makeup, jewellery and accessories make you feel feminine, Good! Go for it.

Relax and take care of yourself. Take a long hot bath or get a massage to release tension and stiffness out of your body.

5. Power of Community

Your feminine radiance will enhance in the company of other women. So make time to meet your girlfriends. It will leave you feeling better connected to the inner feminine power just by having been around the source.

Remember femininity means to feel, to reflect, be vulnerable, creative and intuitive. The woman who is attuned to her very own being will be able to create more, nurture the world around her and will look young forever. There are rare women out there who look alluring and beautiful irrespective of the wrinkles around their eyes or the extra weight they are carrying.
